stepped in front of his sleek, charcoal grey BMW sedan, the door opened. He looked so edible as he rose from the car in one swift motion. He stalked toward me and pushed me back against the hood as his mouth claimed mine. The kiss was rough, raw, pure anger. “I better not ever find you in another man’s arms again. This makes twice.”
I pushed at his chest. “
Twice?
Says the man who leaves me every morning for his wife.” I knew it was a low blow, but his jealousy was pissing me off. He had no right to tell me what I could or could not do. Who I could or could not touch.
“Damn you, Alexandria.” His lips possessed mine once more as his hands moved down to the hem of my t-shirt and pulled it over my head. “I’m going to fuck your tight cunt and show you exactly who you belong to. Exactly who
I
belong to.”
Reaching between us, he unbuttoned my jeans and ripped them down my legs along with my panties. My body fell back with the force of his movement and he jerked my legs up. With my ass hanging off the hood, he unbuttoned his own pants and thrust into me with a groan.
My body quivered with each pump of his cock, and my anger melted into something else. I knew I wasn’t in love with him, but it was definitely more than lust. Or maybe I was in love with him, because looking into his dark blue eyes, I knew I could never want another man this much.
He gathered me closer to him, kissing my mouth in rhythm with his cock. I kissed him back and bit down on his lip, letting him know he wasn’t the only one fucking out their anger.
Dragging his mouth from mine, he kissed down my neck and took one hard nipple into his mouth through my bra. I cried out as he bit down, and my orgasm racked through my body. I let go of the hood and wrapped my arms around his neck, needing to be closer to him.
With one final push, he came inside me. His head fell to my shoulder as we both panted, trying to even our breathing. He kissed my cheek and pulled out of me, groaning. “I don’t think I’ll ever fuck you enough.”
“I love it when you talk sweet to me,” I teased.
He smiled and pulled me to stand. Once I was upright, he cupped my face and placed a gentle kiss to my lips. “You wouldn’t like it any other way.”
I grabbed the lapels of his shirt and closed my eyes, breathing him in. “I hate this. I hate that I can’t tell my friends about you. My parents. I hate even more that I have to share you.”
“Look at me,” he said, waiting for me to open my eyes. “You don’t share me with anyone besides Caroline. She is the only person keeping me in that house.” He brushed my hair back. “I’ll be waiting for your text, and I’ll be there as soon as I can. I want you sleeping in my arms tonight.”
    I nodded. “Okay.”
“Now, you want to tell me why I saw you in the arms of another man?”
I rolled my eyes. “Lane has been my best friend for years. Nothing for you to be jealous of there.”
He nodded. “Okay. I’ll try to check my jealousy where he is concerned, not the neighbor, though,” he promised. “But you looked upset. What was wrong?”
I closed my eyes, remembering the name of Lane’s new…friend. “It was nothing.”
    “Tell me.”
“No,” I asserted. “It’ll just cause us to fight, or you to feel bad. I’m good now.”
    His eyes narrowed.
“I promise. Just kiss me. That makes everything right in the world.”
He pulled me closer, saying, “I can do that.” Then, he kissed me.

After he thoroughly kissed me, I told him goodbye and walked the few blocks home. I felt better after seeing him, knowing he wanted me as much as I wanted him.
At times, I could almost forget he had a wife. We spent most nights together, just as any “normal” couple would. He had even taken me on a few dates; although we had driven over an hour away. I didn’t even think of Amy when he was talking about Caroline. It was easy to think of him as a single dad. The only time I really remembered
