Liar, Liar
time.”
    “I will.”
I end the call, only to have my cell ring almost immediately again.
    “Benny Duncan speaking.”
“Afternoon, Benny.  Neil Jones from Wren Star speaking.”  I recognize the name of the business that leases one of our buildings.
“Neil, how can I help you?”
“We’ve got an issue with the hot water throughout almost the entire building.  I’ve tried our maintenance contact, but can’t get ahold of him.”
“Sorry for the issues, Neil.  I’m not in the office at the moment, but I will contact Estelle and get it sorted for you as soon as possible.”
    “Thanks, Benny.”
I end the call and immediately call Estelle back and ask her to either get in contact with the maintenance man responsible for Wren Star, or to organize a replacement immediately.  Once I end the call, I do something I haven’t done in a long time.  I set my voicemail on my business phone to unavailable.  Then I turn my private phone to silent and I walk back out into the kitchen to Makenna.
As she sits across from me finishing off her salad, I feel a pang of guilt at betraying her.  On one hand I know it is wrong to deceive her by omission, but I also know I have started divorce proceedings and I have no intention of remaining in my marriage.  I never wanted to be married to Regina in the first place.  I’m also not sleeping with her or carrying on as if we are a married couple, so technically I am separated, we just live in the same residence.
I know if Makenna were to find out, she would be hurt, and rightly so.  I just can’t bring myself to tell her.  Within a week or two, I won’t even have to worry about it, and hopefully Makenna will never know anyway.

CHAPTER THIRTEEN – MAKENNA

“Do you have to work this weekend?” Benny asks as I take the last bite of my salad, and push my plate away.
I shake my head.  “Weekend’s free,” I confirm.
“Mine, too,” he gives me a wicked grin.
Sex with Benny last night and early this morning was unbelievably amazing.  He utterly wore me out and I’m aching in places I didn’t even know I had muscles!
Deep in my gut, reality is gnawing, and I know I have to do my job.  Despite the fact I know I am falling for Benny – or I was falling – I’m pretty sure I have already fallen, I also know I have a job to do.  A job I am being paid a lot of money for, and a job that must be fulfilled because I agreed to it.
The thought makes me feel sick, but later that night as Benny is taking a shower, I set up a discreet video camera in my bedroom.  Then I lie in wait for him to come in and fuck me.
As he slides inside me, I wrap my legs tight around his waist and pull his neck down so his lips take mine in a ravishing kiss.  Then I roll him over and straddle him, loving the way his cock pleasures me deeper this way.  With my hands on his taut stomach, and his fingers manipulating my aching breasts, I ride him slowly, savoring our connection, memorizing every stroke, every touch, every kiss, because I know soon the truth will be exposed.  Even though my bank account will be full, my heart will be left empty, because Benny will never look at me again the way he’s looking at me now.  His gorgeous eyes hooded and heated with arousal, his mouth parted slightly as groans escape on my downward slides, his breath coming out in short, sharp pants that match my own.  His skin shines with a sheen of sweat identical to my own.
As my climax ripples through my body, I cry out his name on a sob and then lean down to capture his mouth so he can groan his release down my throat.
When he leaves the room briefly to dispose of the condom, I quickly hide the camera, simultaneously hoping the lighting was good so I got some good footage, and praying the camera malfunctioned and didn’t record at all.

Benny’s hands go to my upper thighs and he lifts me up.  My legs instinctively lock around his waist as my back hits the cool tiles of my
