just need a break like I was given. I would rent the townhouse to another person that really needs it along with the house I just kicked Ali out of. As they’re leaving I tell them I’ll be in touch with them tomorrow.

I’m coming up the stair when Dean’s phone goes off for the second time in a row. He looks down at his phone and grimaces.
“You should answer it. It could be important.” I say to him.
“It’s not important. I will deal with it when we get home.” He says as he shakes his head.
I have a sneaking suspicion that it’s a woman on the other end of the line.
“Is it your girlfriend?” I ask
“I don’t have a girlfriend. I’ve not had a girlfriend since you. However, it is a female that keeps calling.” He says with a shake of his head.
“You need to take care of whatever the problem is before I move me and my children to your house. I’m not going to put them or myself in a situation where females are coming over banging on the door looking for you.”
I know I sound like a bitch. My reasonable brain tells me that he hasn’t been celibate all these years. However, I don’t want it flaunted in my face as soon as we got there.
“They’re no longer just your kids. They’re my kids also babe. I would never put them into a situation like that.” He says to me.
He’s getting ready to say more when that damn phone goes off again. I throw my hands up and growl.
“You need to take the phone call and get the matter dropped now.” Zeus says to him.
“What the fuck do you want?” Dean says to the person on the other end of the line.
He walks out on to the patio shutting the door behind him. I looked to dad and he shrugged his shoulders.
“Titan’s a man and he hasn’t lived as a monk. If you think you can’t handle the man he’s become, then you should walk away from a relationship with him now. You and my grandkids can still come to Harlan. I’ll move you into my home. You have choices when it comes to where you want to live. You need to think long and hard about what it is you want. If you decide not to move in with Titan. You’ll still have to see him often. It’ll be inevitable that you’ll see him with other women. Either at his house, on the back of his bike, or at the clubhouse. He’s made it pretty fucking clear that he wants you and his kids. His word is everything to a man like him. He can provide well for you. That’s one of the problems he’s having with that bitch on the phone. She’s trying to get him to give her what he’s willing to give you.” He says to me.
I look at him and ask him to explain. He shakes his head and sits me down.
“That’s a conversation that you’ll have to have with Titan.” He says with conviction.
I’m seriously jealous of the woman on the phone. It doesn’t matter that he was just fucking her. I hate that she even had a piece of him and I haven’t in so long. I have to decide if I’m going to take a chance on him and on us. If I’m being truthful I want him and everything he’s offering us. He’s been nothing but truthful with me since we meet. I decide that I don’t care about his past. He wants us to be his future so I’m not going to let his past hurt us. He walks back in after a couple of minutes and looks at me and shakes his head.
“You’re not going to like what I say next. It might fuck up everything I’ve ever wanted but I want to be up front with you.” He says as he walks towards me.
I know what he’s going to say is going to take the piece of my heart he put back to together and tear it apart again.
“Marley says she’s pregnant and its mine. I’ve never had sex without a condom. I think she’s lying about being pregnant. If she’s pregnant I don’t think for one minute that it’s mine. I told her I would be back in a week. I will go to the doctor with her and pay for a DNA test. If the test comes back that it’s mine; I’ll take care of my kid financially. I’ll share
