The Billionaires Love Curves Finale - a BBW BWWM Billionaire Romance
Chapter1

Elaine had parked herself on the richly upholstered sofa in the middle of the room. Just in front of her was a platform surrounded by mirrors. She held a champagne glass in one hand and her cell phone in the other. She was talking to her boss and telling her that she was feeling slightly nauseous and wouldn't be back after lunch as planned, she hoped that would be all right.

“Okay, Lacey, come on out!” Elaine called as soon as she'd clicked off her cell. “Let's see how you look in this one.”

Lacey was in the changing rooms of the bridal gown shop on this lazy Monday. It was late morning and she'd taken the day off work. Elaine had asked her boss for an extended lunch break to help Lacey shop but couldn't go back to work until they had found the perfect dress.

A few seconds later, Lacey appeared, closely followed by the shop assistant who was looking tired now that Lacey had been trying on dresses for the past hour.

“What do you think?” she asked Elaine as she stepped up onto the platform. The assistant smiled and nodded, but Lacey looked to Elaine for assurances.

“Mmm, well...” Elaine was screwing up her face.

“Well, if you're saying that,” Lacey said, trying to get a view of the back of the dress in one of the mirrors, “then it isn't right.”

Lacey spun around in the long, flouncy white dress and then hitched it up before stepping off the platform.

“Maybe I should go for something that's a little less fussy. I don't think I can carry off all these layers upon layers of netting. It's too much.”

“You need something to show off those curves,” Elaine said, knocking back a sip of champagne.

The shop assistant eyed her from the side, she had been counting the number of glasses of champagne Elaine had consumed.

“I have an idea,” the assistant said. “Wait just one moment.”

Lacey walked over to where Elaine sat as the shop assistant disappeared to find what would hopefully be “the one.”  Lacey picked up her glass of champagne which had lost its sparkle since she'd spent all her time in and out of dresses, and in and out of the changing room.

“Here,” Elaine said, “here's a fresh glass, let me pour you another.” She filled a second glass but just as she did, the wedding dress assistant came along, holding an ivory white dress in shimmering satin over her arms. Both Lacey and Elaine stopped like a freeze frame, their mouths open.

“Wow!” Lacey finally managed to say, walking up to the assistant. “Where were you hiding this? Is it my size, can I try it on?”

“This way,” the assistant said and Lacey followed her to the changing room, stopping before she vanished behind the white curtain to wave both hands, fingers crossed, in Elaine's direction. Elaine crossed her fingers too and blew Lacey a kiss.

Elaine grew impatient waiting to see if this was the knock-out dress that the girls had been hoping to get. They were at the most exclusive bridal dress shop in the city. They had read about it and booked an appointment a week ago, talking dresses nonstop for that whole week until they even began to bore each other with wedding plans.

Lacey had been determined to get something off the peg rather than go for a designer dress. Cole had been trying to push dress designers her way since she mentioned this dress shop, but Lacey saw it as the bride's prerogative to choose and struggled to get Cole to back off and he finally did.

Lacey coughed loudly from the back of the shop.

“Are you ready for this?” she called to Elaine who had been texting as she waited.

“Come on out, the suspense is killing me.”

As Lacey walked back into the show room, Elaine took a long, deep breath. She didn't release it and started to turn red.

“You hate it?” Lacey bit her bottom lip.

“Of course I don't hate it!” Elaine blurted out. “I love it. It's
