wrapping her in a thick towel and drying her quickly.  Lucy raised her arms so that a nightgown could be pulled over her head.  She noticed that it was far thinner than the one she had worn during her nap.  She also noticed that she was not offered any drawers.  She blushed knowing that it would always be so when she was put to bed for the night.  She found herself grateful for the gown, happy for some covering regardless of how little the gown truly concealed.  Her hair was unpinned and brushed, left loose and free to fall across her breasts and down her back to brush against the swell of her bottom.  Molly tidied the room, dropping the cloth and the towel she had used into a large basket by the door.
“Come along, Lucille,” Molly instructed reaching for Lucy’s hand.  Lucy blushed when the door was opened and she realized that Emmie and her nanny were in the corridor.  Having them share the car suddenly didn’t seem like such fun.  Emmie gave her a soft smile to reassure her that seeing Lucy in such a garment didn’t surprise her at all.
“Good night, Lucy,” Emmie said softly.  “I’ll see you tomorrow.”  Lucy relaxed as she remembered how wonderful it had been to play with the child-woman.
“Good night, Emmie.  I’ll bring Nellie to play with Carolina tomorrow.  I hope you sleep well,” Lucy said.  The door at the end of the compartment opened and Lucy saw the porter, a tray balanced on his hand, two bottles of milk the only items on the tray.  She heard Emmie’s soft moan and Lucy felt sorry for her friend as she was obviously being made to drink an extra bottle of milk to help teach her that she was to drink what her Papa wished.  Lucy moved closer to her nanny at the sight of the porter as he walked towards them.  Molly quickly pulled Lucy into her husband’s room realizing how scantily clad the little woman was in her night gown.  Molly moved to turn down the bed.  When she went to the closet to hang up Lucy’s clothing, Lucy crawled into the bed, drawing the covers up to her chin.  Molly smiled but shook her head when she returned to the bed.
“Not yet, sweetie,” Molly informed her and opened the box on the table.  Lucy felt her stomach flip as she watched her nanny remove the thermometer.  “Go ahead and roll over onto your tummy,” Molly instructed as she placed the thermometer into the container of lubricant she had opened.  Lucy understood that her obedience was being tested even as she reluctantly obeyed.  Molly quickly pushed a pillow under Lucy’s hips, lifting her bottom before she lifted her gown.  The silky fabric slid down to partially cover Lucy’s hips when Molly released it.  Frowning, Molly pushed it up again and then again until it was practically at Lucy’s neck.
“We shall have to do something about y our gowns, Lucy.  It would be a dreadful shame if this pretty fabric got sticky from your lube or your salve,” Molly said as she took the thermometer from the jar of lube, wiping it clean and then shaking it down before dipping just the very end back into the jar.  Lucy didn’t speak, her eyes seeming locked on the object that her nanny held in one hand.  With her free hand, Molly smiled and reached down to pat Lucy’s bottom.  “You know what to do, Missy, wide open if you please.”  Lucy shuddered but obediently put her hands behind her, spreading her own bottom cheeks open.  Molly was very pleased with her obedience, slowly and carefully inserting the thermometer into Lucy’s bottom.  Molly remained standing at the side of the bed, holding the end of the glass tube.  Lucy was very grateful that she didn’t remove and reseat it several times as she had done before.  After a few minutes, Lucy gave a small whimper of discomfort though Molly knew it came from embarrassment at her position and condition, not from any physical pain.  “Settle,” Molly said firmly, the single word enough to find Lucy once more lying still as
