Forever Viper
middle and I say, “What?”
She giggles and shrugs her shoulders, “Oh nothing, just a private joke. Go and see to your man.”
I shake my head confused at what she said, but I shrug it off and make my way to Noah. As soon as I walk into the room, my dick starts to rise as I take in the handsome man lying tied to the bed. My thoughts soon turn to the fun I can have with his body. It’s a pity I don’t have time to make that happen. I make a decision then and there to spend tonight with him. But, I will have to make a phone call when I leave here and tell a half-truth to Peppa, which I really hated doing. Too many lies have been told already. My wrist goes straight to Noah’s mouth when he awakes and I explain what is going on. I leave Noah with a raging hard on and a promise of he can have more of me later. I will look forward to that.
When I make my way to the venue for tonight’s gig, I make a call to Peppa. I can tell she's upset and when she explains what she has been up to, I try not to lose my temper. I don’t want her to get into trouble trying to find Noah, but I know it’s something she has to do to keep herself sane. It’s another one of those times I nearly spill it all and tell her I know where Noah is, but I find myself saying I love you instead. I hate to hear the sadness in her voice as we say goodbye, I don’t know how much longer I can keep doing this.
When I get to the venue it’s just Cruz, Saul and I. The manager will be back soon Cruz informs me. All seems calm for now, Saul even smiles at me so I know Cruz hasn’t lost his cool yet.
Cruz informs me, “Sit your ass down, we don’t have long until the fans start arriving.”
I salute him and mutter, “Yes sir.”
“Ha! Aren’t you the funny one? You wouldn’t say that if you heard yourself play last night.”
I sit at my drums and pick up my sticks, “Says the vampire who croaked out his words last night.”
He flips me the bird and I hear Saul chuckle. “Ok can we focus please? Let’s start with Truth of Blood and see how it goes.” Cruz starts singing the song and Saul kicks in with his guitar, then it’s my turn, we are about half way through when Cruz suddenly stops singing and he lets the F bomb drop a few times. Saul and I watch in amazement as he starts pulling on his hair and kicking out at nothing in particular while saying every swear word under the sun.
I quickly stand and rush over to him and grab his arms from behind to stop him lashing out, “Ouch, you fucker.” He head butts me, but lucky for him he misses my nose so he didn’t do much damage.
Saul stands in front of him and grabs his legs and we lower him to the floor and hold him down. I glance down into his face and notice his eyes are closed, “Cruz, what the hell is going on with you? You have never lost it like this before.” He didn’t answer. “Cruz, what’s going on?”
He opens his eyes and looks right into mine and I see confusion and a hint of gloom looms out from them. “I’m calm, you can let me go now.” I look to Saul and he nods at me and we both let him go. He sits up and runs his hands through his hair, and then he stands, “Right, let’s start again and get it right this time.”
Saul reaches out and touches his shoulder, “Cruz, you can talk to us you know.”
He moves out of Saul’s hold and makes his way back to the microphone stand. “There’s nothing to talk about. Move your asses, we don’t have long.”
Saul shakes his head then shouts, “Don’t bullshit me! I know the signs! I’ve been there remember? Stop fighting it Cruz and claim your Entwined. It’s only going to get worse if you don’t.”
I begin to understand what is happening and before anything more is said I ask, “Are you going to tell us the name of the lucky lady?”
I wish I had kept my mouth shut as that didn’t go down to well and Cruz snaps, “She doesn’t fucking matter, she’s nothing to me. I'm not getting myself trapped in the
