eruption. She really couldn’t believe she had anything left after earlier, but obviously she was wrong. Kim was trying really hard not to make a sound so she wouldn’t wake them up, but both men felt her body heaving from the silent sobbing. Caleb jumped up and turned on the bedside lamp. “What’s wrong, sugar?” he asked, obvious concern in his voice and on his face. Logan was sitting up now, also waiting for her to answer.
She couldn’t hold it in any longer and the tears were now no longer silent. The tears came out so quickly that she was crying uncontrollably and couldn’t even talk. “Logan—go get her a cool washcloth!” Caleb yelled. “Are you hurtin’ anywhere, baby?” Caleb questioned again.
“Nooooo,” she managed to get out as she shook her head. She could feel her eyes swelling and then a cool washcloth wiping over her face.
“You gotta tell us what’s wrong, darlin’,” Logan said as he was wiping her eyes.
“I–I–I’m sorry I disa–disa–disappointed youuuu,” she finally got out between sobs and heaves. Her chest was starting to hurt.
“Oh, baby,” Caleb said, pulling her toward him. “You have never disappointed us. Pissed us off—yes, but never disappointed us.”
“Not a chance,” Logan added, rubbing his hand up and down her leg. Caleb wiped her face again with the cool cloth. “You need to stop, sugar—you’re gonna make yourself throw up. I want you to try and take some deep breaths, okay? When you feel me breathe in and out, I want you to do the same.” She followed his instructions and as he rocked her, her breathing gradually got back to normal.
Logan brought her some water to drink. “Easy, darlin’. Just little sips. That a girl.” She handed him the glass and he sat it on the nightstand. He then sat on the bed and tilted her chin toward him. “Do we need to talk about this, or are you okay for now?”
“I’m okay, I think. I’m sorry I woke you. I really tried not to.”
“You don’t worry about wakin’ us up,” Caleb said. “We just wanna make sure you’re okay.”
“I’m fine now, really. Kinda gettin’ sleepy again,” she said, yawning.
“Good. We’re gonna be right here beside you, sweetheart. If you feel like cryin’ again or need something, you just nudge one us and we’ll get up, okay?”
“Okay.” She yawned again. She snuggled up under the covers, both men following her lead. “I suppose we’re gonna have a long talk in the morning?” she asked once the light was out.
“Yep,” they both said in unison.

He had watched as she pulled into the liquor store. Fucking bitch was just taunting him now. Oh, she’d pay for that…

Chapter 16
They let Kim sleep in, knowing she was still tired from the night before, but they made sure not to go far because there were lots of things that needed to be discussed. Logan went out to talk to the ranch foreman while Caleb started some breakfast. He made sure to fix her a cup of coffee and sat it on the nightstand so she’d have it first thing. They both knew she was going to need some special attention today, so Caleb cleared both their schedules before he started breakfast.
Kim smelled the coffee and slowly opened her eyes. She made her way to the bathroom, knowing a shower would make her feel better. She dried her hair and put on her robe. When she walked into the kitchen and saw Caleb, a shiver went over her body. She loved him. She loved Logan. She went up behind him and put her arms around his waist, hugging him from behind. “Good morning, Caleb,” she said, smiling.
“Good morning, sugar,” he said, removing her arms and turning around to face her. He pulled her against his chest and covered her mouth with his. She felt herself melting against his body, not wanting the moment to end. “I love you, sweetheart,” he said, hugging her closer.
“I love you, too, Caleb,” she said, absorbing the warmth from his body.
    “How’s your bottom this
