on his computer. When I got closer, he looked to me out the corner of his eye, and slammed it closed rather quickly. I ignored that and sat down next to him.
“Where is the baby?” I asked before he kissed me sensually.
“She's asleep. Where'd you go?”
“I went to school to work on some stuff and print a large document. I didn't want to use up all of our ink at home, I know you need it,” I smiled and he kissed my neck. He then began unbuttoning my shorts, while sucking on my neck, making my pussy get wet immediately. “Kill, wait.” I nudged him back.
“What's up?” he furrowed his brows.
“Did you stab someone at Delaware Tech?”
He chuckled and shook his head. “Why would I have done that? What could possibly make you think that?”
“It's just a rumor going around, that's all.”
“Lies, but I won't press you. Why do you wanna know that? I don't even know anyone at Delaware Tech besides Cheyla and Ivy.”
“I know, I just heard a rumor. Umm, everything at work good? No enemies?”
“That's not your job to worry about all that.” He yanked my ankle so that I was now lying down, and then got between my legs to finish unbuttoning my shorts and kissing my neck. I guess I would have to find out once his dick wasn't hard.
Chapter Six: Raleigh
Jersey, Cheyla, and I were out to lunch at Walter’s Steakhouse, because we just wanted to talk and relax. I was at a really good place in my life, just like them, so I wanted to get out in the sun and enjoy it. I also wanted to ask Cheyla about the guy who shot at us the night that we went out. I told Shea about it, and all he said was that he would have one of the little homies take care of it. I rolled my eyes at thought.
The waitress set down our food, and we all held hands and said grace before digging in. I loved Walter’s, and I remember when my parents were still together, my dad would bring us here a lot. It was very nostalgic for me.
“So did anyone talk to their boyfriends about that night?” I asked before placing a piece of steak in my mouth.
“I told Kill, and all he said was that he would take care of it,” Jersey shrugged.
“Same, Shea just said he would have the little homie do it. They clearly don’t think it’s a big deal,” I shook my head.
“Because it’s not a big deal. Loren is just a corner boy, and nothing more. I’m sure one of the little guys they send to get him will be just enough,” Cheyla snapped a little, making Jersey and I chuckle lightly.
“Relax mama to be, that baby has you on one,” I half joked with a smile, and Cheyla rolled her eyes as she ate some mashed potatoes.
“Portland was telling me that Kill and his brothers are starting a war kind of, with him and Sonny,” Jersey sighed.
“Yeah right. Portland and Sonny are the least of their worries,” Cheyla frowned and continued eating her food.
“I agree,” I nodded.
We continued to grease down, when suddenly someone sat in the empty chair next to me. The three of us looked over at the pretty girl who was staring a hole through me. I looked to Cheyla and Jersey hoping they knew her, but when I saw they wore confused expressions as well, I knew they had no idea who this weird bitch was.
“Can I help you?” I covered my mouth since I was still chewing.
“Would you be able to talk for a few moments outside or something?” she smiled and pointed outside.
“What is this about?” I furrowed my brows.
“Shea.” She stood up and then sauntered outside, giving all of us full view of her huge ass. I paused and closed my eyes, before getting up and following her outside. Once we were both out there, she cleared her throat. “How do you know Shea?”
“Excuse me? I know him because he’s my boyfriend. How do you know Shea?”
“Your boyfriend?” she chuckled loudly, throwing her head back. “Girl, since when? Because I was his girlfriend before he went to jail, and I was still his bitch after, ask around about
