one. Yes, only Phil could satisfy his heart, body, and mind. God, it felt glorious. Phil moved her hips slightly, but he held her still.
“Wait. Let me…savor. Remember.” He closed his eyes and allowed himself to become completely lost in the complex but potent emotions rolling through him. The intense feelings threatened to overcome him, but he fought them back. He would sort through them at a later time. For now, he wanted only to be inside her. “Ride me,” he demanded, recalling her words from earlier this morning.
Phil gave him a sensual smile and rocked her hips forward, causing him to moan in surrender. His hands could not stay still as they roamed all over her body. They tunneled through her long black-as-midnight hair, down to pinch her nipples, then back into her hair as she rode him with wild abandon. She explored every inch of skin on his torso. Faster she moved, tilting forward slightly to change the angle.
The pressure built, it would not take him long. He willed back his release as he wished for her to reach her peak first. Spence couldn’t stay still. He lifted his hips, thrusting upward with each slide of her naked skin.
“Talk to me, Spence. Seduce me with your voice. I beg you.”
“God, you are so tight, clasping and embracing me. Have you any idea what you do to me?” he rasped. “How much you…” Tread carefully, the voice inside his head whispered. Do not reveal your deepest longings. Not yet. “Move me.” He slapped her ass, not too hard, but enough to cause her eyes to widen in surprise. “Faster. Come for me.”
She did. Both of them were covered in perspiration from their exertions. Sitting upright, he clasped the nape of her neck and kissed her deeply, then trailed his lips to her breast and sucked. That seemed to do it. Phil cried out and froze in place as her inner muscles clutched him hard. Her climax rolled over him and joined his.
“Damn!” he yelled as his release pumped into the sheath. They held each other, shaking with spent passion. When he at last caught his breath, he lay on the bed and brought her with him. They were still joined. God in heaven, how he wished they could stay like this for all eternity. Could it be possible? No. Not at all, and his heart contracted in pain at the thought. In a couple of days she would leave, and that prospect filled him with despair.

Chapter 13
How is it in more than fifteen years, she never once experienced anything close to this? Did she hold herself back in those other instances? Yes, to a point. Phil became skilled at erecting barriers between pleasure and a contract to be filled. After many long talks with the other girls, she found quite a few of them shared her sentiment. A rare one or two of the ladies truly enjoyed their tasks regardless of what man, but most? Sex became a chore, like washing dirty laundry. A necessity to procure coin in order to live.
Now that she experienced such unfettered bliss with Spence, how could she ever return to the only life she knew? Not that she plied her wares any longer, the business of running the brothel kept her very busy. She certainly did not miss the couplings. However, she would miss this. Miss him . Phil exhaled. No. She would not become maudlin. This short interlude could not be a lasting thing, and she would not dwell on their upcoming parting. She snuggled in closer, her nose nuzzling the strong column of his neck. He smelled lovely, even with the musky scent of sex hanging between them.
“Oh, Professor. As I surmised you’re an amazing lover,” she whispered huskily.
He laughed, the deep rumble reverberating in his chest. “I thank you for the kind words. I passed muster then for my first try?”
Though his voice teased, the tone vibrated with a poignant vulnerability. Phil kissed his cheek. “More than passed. Excelled even.”
He hugged her closer. “Any chance we can have another go?”
“Insatiable man. Rest for a bit. Actually, I am quite thirsty. Maybe
