she’d want to do it again.
Saoirse curled tighter into him.   She was half asleep, vaguely aware of being cold, though Aris was warm underneath her.  He was saying something as he rolled her sideways between himself and the back of the couch.  It was warmer, but not exactly comfortable.  Suddenly, her body was in the air.  She woke up with a start, throwing her arms around Aris’s neck.
    “I have you.  You’re safe.”
Aris was carrying her up the stairs.  He pushed the door open to her room with his hip. He knelt on the bed lowering her down to the sheets.  She yawned.  Aris dropped down on the bed beside her curling her back up in his arms.  She snuggled into the warmth of his body.  She might have been half asleep, or half awake, but either way she was willingly up next to him.  Aris settled his arms around her drifting off to sleep.

Chapter 7
“What time do you want to go to Martin’s office this morning?”
It wasn’t really the way Aris wanted to spend the day with her, but he’d spend it any where with her.  He said a silent prayer that whatever mood had a hold of her last night kept it’s grip today.
“I don’t know.  What time is it?” she was still sleepy.
“I have no idea.” he spooned against her a little closer, dozing lightly with his arms wrapped around her.
He woke a little while later to her getting out of bed.  He let her slide out of his arms as if he were still dozing.  The last thing he wanted to do today was make her angry again.  She shuffled toward the bathroom in a sleepy daze.  His cock jumped to attention as he watched her hips and cheeks move.  It was killing him, but it was a death he was willing to endure everyday for the rest of his life.  Once she was in the bathroom he rolled out of the bed heading down the hall to his own shower.  He could smell Mata busy in the kitchen.
He was showered and dressed before she got downstairs.
“Breakfast?”  he really just wanted to take her back to bed, but the look on her face told him she was all business this morning.
She sat down on the second to last step, “I don’t do breakfast.  Just coffee.”
Mata came through just in time,  “Saoirse!  Come, you eat.” she waved with her hand beckoning the younger woman into the kitchen.
“Oh, uh, no, Mata.  I have to get to Martin’s office this morning.”  Saoirse looked up from tying her tennis shoe.
Mata came back out into the hallway, “You come. You eat.” she was wearing her biggest smile.
Aris didn’t want to be seen as an instigator so he wandered out into the outdoor room pretending to be looking for something.
Seers hesitated for a minute.  She didn’t want to offend the old dear.
“I’m coming.” she took one last glance at Aris in the other room before she followed Mata into the kitchen.
Mata set a bowl up on the counter for her as she came in.  There were bits of fruit in it with some of the nuts she bought from the market, broken up, and rice.  Mata poured some sort of yellowish orange syrup on it.  Saoirse could just see that stuff sticking to her hips for the next month.
Aris wandered into the kitchen after she had started picking at the fruit in the bowl.  Mata turned around handing a piece of toast and cheese to Aris.  He smiled taking it from her hand, winking at her when Saoirse wasn’t looking.
“Mata, what’s this stuff?” she held up her spoon with some of the syrup stuff in it.
Mata was eating cheese and put her hand over her mouth.
    “What is it Aris?”
Aris shrugged his shoulders.  She put the spoon up to his lips for him to taste it.  Last night had been more than he could have hoped for at this point, heavenly besides, and now she was feeding him.  His heart skipped a few more beats.
“Um, guava nectar I think.”  he tried to sound like it was no big deal, but his heart was racing in his chest again.  He walked around the counter in the kitchen to the briki that sat on the
