the delicious smells that emanated from within when Aaron opened the restaurant door. They had a wide variety of pizza choices but they also served Italian pastas, cannolis, tiramisu and sandwiches. Aaron recommended the eggplant parmesan and the chicken penne. Alyssa said that they both sounded delightful and so they ended up ordering one of each with the intent of sharing both entrees.
Dinner turned out to be a terribly romantic affair. Aaron had asked Alyssa to sit next to him in the corner booth in the back of the restaurant. He had wrapped his jacket around her shoulders to shield her from the breeze of the air conditioner that was perched in the corner near their table. When the food arrived they took turns feeding each other and cuddling like they were long lost lovers that had just been reunited. Alyssa was having the time of her life and Aaron was amazing. He was sweet and so charming that Alyssa was simply devastated that he was leaving soon. She could definitely see a future with a guy like him. She cursed herself for liking him so much. The last thing she needed was to fall in love with another man that she simply couldn't have. She was already hung up on Jack; she didn't need to be heartbroken over Aaron as well. At least she had a chance at a great night or two with Aaron, with Jack she didn't even have a chance at meaningless sex much less a real relationship. Alyssa looked into Aaron's pretty blue eyes and she fought the urge to want him so much. He must have been thinking the same thing about her because he leaned in to kiss her and it was one of the most romantic kisses she ever had.
Just when she was thinking that she was in trouble for liking Aaron too much, one of the restaurant workers emerged from the backroom to wipe down the tables. Alyssa's eyes grew wide when she saw him. He was a gorgeous Italian boy with tanned skin, silky black hair and dark brown eyes. When he saw her he smiled a sexy smile that set off two distinct dimples in his cheeks and Alyssa's heart started pumping so hard. How unfair it was for the pizza boy to be so cute. She was already on a date and she really liked Aaron, but he was leaving soon and the Italian guy was obviously local. She didn't know what to do; she didn't want her interest in the restaurant worker to be obvious. She took a sip of her soda and turned her attention back to her date. Aaron was getting another bite of eggplant ready for Alyssa. She opened her mouth and seductively took the bite. Aaron blushed at this sexual gesture. He fumbled around for a moment like he didn't know what to do. He looked at the floor in a nervous sort of way. Alyssa risked a quick glance back at the pizza boy. She caught him looking back at her in the process. He looked down at the table he was wiping really quickly when he saw her looking his way. Then he looked back up and smiled at her again. Aaron was clearly still trying to figure out what to do next.
"Um, I really want to ask you back to my place but I'm staying with my mom to help her recover from her surgery…" Aaron's voice trailed off as he spoke. He looked down at his feet and blushed just a little bit.
"Well, we could go back to my place if you want to," Alyssa offered meekly.
"Really? I mean…yeah I want to. I just I don't normally move this fast but seeing as how my time here is limited…are you sure?" Aaron looked like an eager puppy dog, desperately hoping that Alyssa would give him the green light to go all the way with her. She smiled and took his hand. She looked longingly into his eyes and told him that they should make the best of the time they had together. Aaron agreed almost too quickly and Alyssa giggled at his boyish nervousness. She told him that she just wanted to use the ladies room really quick and then she would be ready to go.
While Alyssa was in the bathroom, she decided to take a bold chance. She grabbed some of the paper towels and she wrote a quick
