Do you even have the slightest idea of who my father is?” I asked her.
I knew that she didn’t, because I had asked her about my father plenty of times when I was younger and she never could give me a logical answer.
“Oh bitch, you done lost yo’ fucking mind!” She cocked her hand back and tried to slap me . STRIKE THREE!!
I caught her hand and pushed her back so hard she fell back against the table.
“Just like I thought, You don’t know! And where the fuck is my brother, oops, I mean my stepson? You probably don’t know that either do you?” I laughed and shook my head at her in disgust.
“I know where the fuck my son is! Teresa’s daughter, Myesha wanted to keep him. You need to stay the fuck out my business, and how I’m handling mine!”
“I should call DFACS on ya ass right now! Myesha is what, nine years old now. How the fuck are you going to let a damn child watch a child?”
“She’s ten!” she spat as if that was even better.
“What the fuck ever! You should spend as much time with him now as you can. He could be gone before you know it,” I snapped my finger.
“Is that a threat?” she walked up on me again.
“No hoe, it’s not. It’s a promise! Now on to the reason why I’m over here.”
It wasn’t right for me to be talking to my mother like she was some bitch off the streets and I knew it, but right now in my eyes, she was. This lady couldn’t have possibly been the same woman that gave birth to me.
“Yeah, why the fuck are you over here, Taysia?”
“You have some information that I need, and I’m sure you gonna give it to me without any problems right?” I asked.
“Chile please! Any information coming up outta this mouth right here is gonna cost you.”
“Ma-I mean Debra, please don’t make this hard for me or yourself,” I told her.
“Like I said, money talks, bullshit walks!” It pissed me off listening to her talk sometimes. She had the mind of a damn child herself.
“I was informed that you have another child floating around in the area, and I find that shit to be very sad. Is that true?” She remained silent. Her silence spoke volumes and it was all the confirmation I needed. I kept talking.
“You gave her away at birth right?” Her silence continued and I laughed. “You a mess Debra, you know that?” I asked her as if I cared for a response.
“Okay and? So what? What does my child, a child that I gave birth to, have to do with you?” This lady can’t be serious right now.
“Because she’s my sister! I wanna know who she is, where she is, who was her adopted parents, how can I get in touch with her, and most of all what in the hell made you give her away? You know what, don’t even worry about answering that last question. That probably was the best decision you ever made, with the way that your life is set up.”
“How the hell am I supposed to know where she is? Chile, you betta gone on with this shit.”
“Oh, you know how I can find out. You have something…papers, documents, I need it all. I want to find my sister!” I told her becoming frustrated with the back and forth chit chat we was having.
“Well bitch, you gonna have to go somewhere else and find her because I ain’t tellin’ you shit!”
Before I knew it, I had drew Mega’s gun from my purse and aimed it at her. This bitch
