shoulders. “This is all just a result of head trauma,” she offered. “Add in a good dose of painkillers and you’ll find that these hallucinations are just a part of my very active imagination—although, I couldn’t have ever imagined such a beautiful naked man or an equally amazing wolf.” She was quiet for a moment as she tried to think through the reality of the situation as opposed to the ridiculous possibility of it ever being real. “I’m not going to question it right now. I’m going to enjoy the beautiful nakedness before me.”
She winked at him, taking in his muscles, his tanned skin, and the length and girth of his cock. She would be hard pressed to say which man was larger. She couldn’t prevent the way her channel clenched with need as she thought of both men filling her to capacity. She wanted to run her fingers over the muscles on his chest, scrape her nails down his perfect, cut abs, and cradle his heavy sac in her hand while she held his shaft and felt the pulsing of his need for her.
“I’ll wake up soon enough and find that this was all a dream,” she said softly, looking up at him and taking in his masculine beauty.
“You really don’t think this is real, Abbey,” he told her, smiling sadly as he realized that their mate truly believed what she saw before her was the result of her head trauma and the drugs she had been given. Calling upon his magic, the blue energy surrounded him and the change from man to wolf occurred.
The deep brown color of his wolf fur called to Abbey. She felt the need to reach out and touch him, smiling as she felt the soft silkiness of his pelt. Petting him thoroughly, she tugged gently on his ears and scratched behind them lightly. His immediate growls of pleasure made her smile.
Hunter nudged her free hand, demanding her attention. She didn’t disappoint him. She scratched behind his ears, too, and she couldn’t help but laugh softly as both wolves leaned into her touch, chuffing softly.
“Okay, guys, I’m exhausted,” she told them finally after a few minutes of completely spoiling them with her attention. “I’ve got to rest. I have a long trip ahead of me. It’s been fun sharing this hallucination with you.”
She lay back and closed her eyes, exhaustion finally taking its toll on her body. As sleep pulled her under, she released her hold on the two wolves. She settled back against her pillow, truly believing that this entire conversation was the result of the strong sedatives that she had been given.
A blue swirl of magic filled the hospital room. Both men stood beside her hospital bed, looking down at the woman who was their mate. Her eyes were closed and her breathing was deep. Even in sleep she was beautiful.
“She’s amazing, Clay,” Hunter spoke up, reaching out to touch their mate’s soft hair. He pulled gently on the end of it, loving how its softness curled around his fingers. “She wasn’t even afraid of us.”
“I don’t think she believed that what she was seeing was real,” Clay said softly, stepping toward their mate and leaning down to kiss her lips tenderly.
Both men dressed silently as they watched their mate sleep. They climbed onto the bed and took their places on either side of her, gathering her in their arms and holding her solidly between them. They would rest beside her and take the soft comfort being with her gave them. When she woke up they would show her their wolves again. When she truly accepted them and what they were, they would claim her. Then they could begin their life with her.
Closing their eyes, they breathed in her sweet scent, loving the way it settled deep within them. She felt good within their arms. She felt right between them. It was a place they were determined to keep her for the rest of their lives.
Hunter kissed the top of her head gently, careful not to wake her. He smiled as she snuggled between them, holding onto their forearms tightly. She may not realize that she had accepted
