all the bullshit she was talking about. Like I said, I would love to give Monica the world because she deserved it, but something was keeping me from feeling that for her. I couldn’t move forward with her until I figured it out, and that was the end of it.
After dropping Monica off, I had my driver pick Peel up because he said he had some shit to tell me. We made it to his crib in Backbay, and pulled over. I text him to let him know I was outside, and he promptly came out and jogged to the car.
“What’s good?” he dapped me up and shook his head once he got inside.
“Same shit, gettin’ money and dealing with this TQ and Kimberlyn shit. But what’s up with you? What did you have to tell me?”
“Man, I think Hayden is fuckin’ around on me.”
    “What, nigga? Why?”
“Well I think she wants to. A couple of times I caught her checking social media for TQ.”
“That nigga don’t have social media.”
“Yeah, but bitches that’s on his dick do, and they be posting shit about him, even Kimberlyn posted once or twice. Anyway, she be searching his name in the tags. I caught her three times, and both times she was stammering over her words.”
“Damn, did you ever take the time to see exactly what she looks at? Or you just saw her searching and said something?”
“I saw her searching so I said something. One time I did see her on Kimberlyn’s page, and she was reading the comments under a picture Kimberlyn posted of this fancy ass dinner. TQ wasn’t in the picture though.”
“I don’t know, man, Hayden is the homie. Maybe she’s just looking out for me.”
“I hope so bro, because if that nigga is smashing my bitch, we gon’ have to kill his ass.”
“Shit, that don’t sound too bad, it’s just that I would need to find a new distributor if we did. His dad, Stony, has the connects, but TQ is the one who gets it over here. Without him, we ain’t got shit.”
“True… well, we will just wait and see what’s going on. For his sake, he needs to find his own girl and keep it pushing. He can’t have both of our bitches.”
“Ain’t that the truth. Hold up, this nigga Jayce is calling me.” We smirked at one another before I answered the call.

Chapter Five: TQ
I’d just wrapped up a meeting with my brothers, father, and best friend about the trip to South Carolina. We would all be leaving in a couple of weeks, minus Jayce, and I was not excited. Every fucking time my father acquired a new distributor, it took away more and more of my time. I loved the money aspect of it, but damn, at the rate he was going, I would only have time to eat, shit, shave, and shower. I will admit it bothered me more now because it took time away from being with Kimberlyn.
“Mama and I are about to cook a big ass feast, it should be ready in a couple of hours,” my sister Saya said as she walked into the den of my parents’ home.
“Oh, I’m gonna have to take a rain check, sis, I got somewhere to be,” I replied as I took the blunt from my best friend, Jayce.
“Yeah, this nigga got him a bitch that he’s sweet on. He be trying to play that shit down, but we know the deal,” Rhys laughed and lit another blunt.
“Oh really? Is this a good time to be getting into relationships, TQ?” Saya raised a brow and folded her arms.
Saya was the spitting image of my mother, with smooth chocolate skin, and a small shapely frame. Only difference was the fact that she had bluish gray eyes like the rest of us. The one thing I hated about my sister was that she was always meddling in some shit, especially relationships. I think she thought since she was the oldest that she was supposed to. I paid her ass no mind though, usually.
“I have time for whatever I choose, Saya.”
“So it’s true, she’s your girl? Nigga, you just met her ass at the club like two days ago!” Lendsey chimed in while sipping on some mixture in his glass.
“Give the bro some credit, it’s been almost a week now,” Britain
