using you as a lay. No wonder Prez is pissed.”
I stand up and turn on her. “For your information, slut. He claimed me. So if I see your fake, oversized tits, or lips, anywhere near him again, I’ll take a fucking knife to you. Is that clear?” I threaten. A sense of propriety over Cole taking over me suddenly. I see him as mine. Even though I can’t have him. I still see him as mine. And for the next five days, he needs to be mine only.
    “You’re a psycho,” she retorts.
“Go and tell my father that.”
I glare up at her. She has a good two inches of height on me with her stupid stripper heels on, but I won’t let her intimidate me. I don’t have enough time to let someone like her get in my way. I don’t have enough time to sit around while my father and Cole duke it out either.
Throwing the last of my cigarette into the fire, I stomp over to the shed.
“Get in my way and I swear to god, I’ll break your fucking balls,” I warn the two young guys standing guard, one of which is Banger.
“Come on Maddie. Don’t fuckin’ go talkin’ like that. I can’t let you through. Orders is orders,” he explains.
I step in front of him, hands on my hips as I look up into his face. He’s actually not that bad looking. He’s young, maybe early twenties, and he has thick brown hair that touches his shoulders and a good amount of stubble going on. I’m not sure he could manage a beard, but he’s certainly rockin’ the scruffy man look. His eyes are dark, and fairly kind, which is probably why he’s given a lot of the shit jobs even though he's no longer a prospect. It seems to me like he needs to toughen up a bit.
He gives me a small smile and a shrug as if saying ‘sorry, it’s not my fault’. It makes me feel a little guilty about what it is I’m about to do. But only a little.
“I’m sorry Banger,” I say , placing my hands on his shoulders as if I’m supplicating to him, before bringing my knee up, jamming him straight in the cock.
The poor bastard groans and doubles over, stumbling backwards with a loud bang against the tin shed.
    “I warned you,” I explain.
“What the fuck,” Prez grumbles, as he reefs open the door, looking directly at me when he sees poor Banger rolling around in the dirt. “Get in here.” He says it in a tone that tells me he’s not in the least surprised that I’m pushing my way in.
“I’m just as much to blame in all this as Cole is. Probably even more,” I blurt out, the moment the door closes.
Prez motions for me to sit down. “Do you think I’m a fuckin’ retard? I’ve known about you two all along. Cole’s like a son to me. If he’s not good enough for my daughter, then who the fuck is?”
“Ok… then what’s going on? Why all the shouting?”
“I need you to tell me about your visit with Liam Burke, and why he’s here looking for you.”
I look at Cole, who nods, urging me to speak up, but I’m not sure I want to. I don’t really want my dad knowing all that shit.
“Um. How do you know he was here?”
“ Towball saw a pretty fancy lookin’ Chrysler drivin’ out of town with the Demon Brothers. Number plate is registered to Burke.” He moves a little closer to me, peering into my face, his eyes showing me how serious he is. “Now… I’ve answered your question. I think it’s time you answered one of mine. What does Liam Burke want with you?”
I shift in my seat, my eyes meeting Cole’s. This is obviously what they’ve been shouting about. Cole won’t tell him what he knows about me.
“I really don’t want to talk about it.”
“Well Maddie, you don’t have a fuckin’ choice. If he’s comin’ out here, bringing fuckin’ Demon Brothers with him, then somethin’ big is about to go down.”
“It won’t go down. I made a deal with him. They won’t be coming back.”
    “So you saw him?”
“Yeah, he was waiting out the front of your place when I got there.”
    “Jesus fucking Christ,” Cole hisses,
