she snatched her dress off the floor and headed for the bathroom, only vaguely aware of the crowd clapping as she left.

On the one hand, Larry had found sharing Jubilee with Carey in front of a hundred people intensely fulfilling. He felt like he belonged. These two were his family. They accepted him with all his hang-ups about being a switch and a wolf.
Carey was the ideal Dom for him. Not bossy or arrogant, not trying to take over his everyday life, but perceptive and understanding of what his sexual needs truly were. The scenes Carey had devised had been absolutely right for Larry and for Jubilee as well, fulfilling them both completely, yet in quite different ways. Carey was a man Larry genuinely admired and appreciated.
As for Jubilee, she was a beautiful and loving woman, with a heart as big as Texas, and her love for people shone through everything she did. She was also intelligent and he needed that in his companions. As a man who dealt with idiots on a daily basis in his job, he needed to surround himself with people who engaged his brain as well as his dick.
Their never-ending trivia competition made him smile, laugh, and gasp at the tidbits of information they threw at each other.
Yet on the other hand, he was still worried the people here in the community might no longer respect his authority as the business manager of Carnal Connections. Have I made a terrible mistake going public like that? What if the people refuse to work with me anymore? Just because releasing my werewolf side has been successful doesn’t necessarily mean I can admit to being a switch. What have I done?
Larry showered and dressed again quickly then returned to the barn. No one seemed to be paying any attention to him. A lot of couples were dancing, including some dirty dancing over near the mirrors. And he noticed a few couples were getting hot and heavy on a group of couches, too. All par for the course here at Carnal Connections. He checked the entire barn, working thoroughly from one side to the other, from the entry all the way back to the far corner.
No one was giving him strange looks. No one sneered at him or laughed at him. Everyone treated him exactly as they always had. It was as if he hadn’t just participated in a sex scene on the stage in front of them at all. They accept me as one of themselves! They aren’t judging me. The revelation was mindboggling.
Some women were sitting on a semicircle of chairs in the back corner, and one of them was Lucy, who waved at him.
    “Hey there, Lucy.”
“Hi, Larry. The party’s going really well. Grab a chair and sit with us for a few minutes.”
“How could I say no to being surrounded by a bevy of lovely ladies?”
“Good answer,” said Autumn with a giggle.
Larry felt Leticia’s gaze on him and smiled at her.
“Larry, when the pack lived on the farm, I used to do a lot of the gardening. Not the really heavy work but planting, weeding, watering, and caring for vegetables and flowers. I enjoyed gardening and I’m good at it. Plants and I understand each other, I think,” said Leticia.
Larry nodded. It was good to see Leticia not only out of her room but out of the main building as well. And Sam wasn’t even guarding her like a pit bull with a bone. For a moment, Larry wondered where Sam was. Maybe Omar had locked him in the dungeon as he’d threatened a few times.
“Lucy said the rear gardens needed taking care of. Is that something I could do? That you’d trust me to do?”
“That would be perfect. I was just thinking the other day those gardens are badly in need of some love and care. There might be a bit too much heavy digging and weeding for just one person, though. Perhaps Omar would give you a helper. A man strong enough to remove the heaviest weeds and undergrowth. It’d have to be one of the panthers, or Sam won’t be happy I expect. Maybe Oliver? Sam’s trusted him with you before.”
Larry watched a pale pink brighten Leticia’s
