reprimand him. In fact, she was in a state of heightened sexual arousal as she squeezed his cock through his pants while watching everyone around them.
As they continued along their path, Silk came up to them. Ivy immediately withdrew her hand, and William tucked her into his side.
Silk told William close to his ear, “There’s a problem in the gaming club, but Charles is in the fight club below. Can you go upstairs and handle it? I can’t leave here just as people are streaming in.”
    “Right now?” William asked.
    “Yes.”
“Can you keep an eye on her?”
    Silk nodded his confirmation.
William spun Ivy to him with both hands on her shoulders. “I have to run upstairs for a minute, but Silk will watch you like a hawk. Don’t even think about escaping or asking for help. Every guard here knows I own you, and if you try to escape again, you won’t like how I’ll react this time. I have eyes and ears everywhere. You’re not allowed to talk to anyone. Do you understand?”
Her head bobbed up and down while he could practically see the wheels turning.
“Go with Silk to the bar and stay there. I expect to find you in the exact same spot when I return.” He rested his hands on both sides of her head and pressed a hard kiss to her mouth, astonishing her, but she still responded to his kiss.
William sent Silk a meaningful look before striding back to the hallway and up the stairs.

    ***

Less than twenty minutes later, William was back in Sins.
He leaned against the doorway when he didn’t spot Ivy at the bar where she was supposed to be, making a slow, steady perusal of those around him, like a cat stalking prey.
Then he edged around the cushions in the center of the room where couples were intoxicated with each other, changing partners rapidly and sharing their bodies with everyone.
“William, join us,” one woman drawled, extending her arm to him as she straddled a girl’s face while a man was thrusting inside the girl who was eating her out.
William didn’t recognize half the women that always called his name.
“No, and don’t touch me,” he warned, not stepping out of her range since she pulled her arm back.
Dread crawled up his spine as he continued on.
    Where was his prey?
Rushing around, he scanned the room and passed beds and spank benches. Neither Silk nor Ivy was to be seen.
    “No! No!”
When he heard a cry that he’d recognize anywhere from far behind the bar, William rounded it and beheld Ivy tied to the upper frame of a bed, standing on her tiptoes. With a man he also recognized nudging her panties aside.
Her mask was still on, but he could tell she was crying. Her dress was torn down the middle, and slashes of red marked her thigh and stomach.
When she tried to focus through her blurred vision, she looked directly at William but didn’t register him. But then she whispered his name in agonized misery.
Within three steps, William was behind the man, gripping his hair and rotating him with clenched teeth, and hurled him onto the bed. The curtains were drawn so other clients couldn’t see what William had done.
“What the fuck do you think you’re doing with her?” he roared, jumping on him and backhanding him in the face.
It was Markson, the man Charles and William didn’t receive their refund from for the delayed liquor shipment.
William grabbed his lapels and tugged him slightly off the bed. Then he slammed his fist into Markson’s nose, blood raining from his nostrils.
“Wh-what?!” he spluttered, not a match for William’s force.
Silk came out of nowhere and took over, locking Markson’s wrists behind his back with metal handcuffs and hauling him off the other end of the bed and behind the blue curtain to the secret door.
William untied Ivy, swung her up into his arms so that her head fell against his chest, and followed Silk.
    “Ivy, are you okay?”
“No!” she sobbed and clung to him.
William rested his chin on her head as the four of them
