promise in his eyes. Cory Handen was nowhere to be seen. Obviously she’d snuck away when Leah had been too caught up in her erotic reverie to notice the change in masseuses.
Her breath hitched as Sean smiled crookedly, then let his hands move again.
“How did you know?” he asked as she slowly lowered her head back down.
“Something about the touch,” she admitted. “It felt like you.”
His hands froze again for a brief moment, but then continued their firm, warm strokes over her back, her neck, her shoulders. Now that she knew it was him touching her that way, the massage took on an entirely different meaning. One that sent tingles of anticipation shooting through her every nerve and fiber.
“Have you guessed what sense tonight’s fantasy involves?” Sean asked. His warm breath was close to her ear as he leaned down. She felt the heat of his chest near her back, but then it was gone, along with his mouth.
    “Touch?” Her voice shook.
Sean’s deep, low chuckle tingled through her. “Mmm. The lady wins a prize.”
Before Leah could make a smart comment about prizes and games, there was a light touch across her spine that pushed away all rational thought. It was the gentle brush of a soft feather. The wispy edges played along her spine, then lower as Sean inched the sheet down until it barely covered her backside.
“A prize or torture?” Leah asked on a choked breath she could hardly manage to exhale. Her blood heated at an alarming rate.
“Is it torture?” Sean asked softly as he teased the feather up her back in small circles. “Because the way you’re writhing, it doesn’t look like you’re trying to escape. No, I’d say you were trying to get closer, not farther away.”
Leah let out a soft moan as Sean tickled the back of her neck with slow swishes. “That was always the torture between you and I, Sean. I could never get close enough.”
“Well, that’s not going to be a problem tonight.” He leaned down and brushed a gentle kiss against the back of her neck. “But I don’t want to talk about that anymore. I want to show you. Roll over.”
For the brief seconds before Leah complied, she drew in a short breath and tried to calm herself. Her emotions were too raw, too out of control. She didn’t want Sean to see that weakness. Not if she had any chance at keeping a handle on her heart.
Slowly, she rolled onto her back. She glanced up into Sean’s eyes and realized it was already too late. Her handle on anything emotional was long gone. Her control had fled the instant Sean had first pressed his lips against hers in his office.
“My God, you are beautiful,” he breathed.
Leah was startled enough to look down at herself. She was naked from the middle of her hips up and the white sheet that had covered her back was tangled around her legs so that it barely covered her.
But like on the beach earlier that day, she didn’t feel shame at her nudity, or even self-consciousness. She felt alive. Free. And ready to give Sean what he wanted. When she let herself be honest, she wanted it too. More than ever before.
“Then give me the fantasy.” She settled back against the massage table. “Touch me.”
Sean didn’t answer, but reached back behind him on a table that held the feather he’d teased her with originally and the light oil Cory had been massaging her with. When his hand reappeared, he held a long, red silk scarf.
“Didn’t you blindfold me last time?” Leah said in what she hoped was a light and teasing tone. “You don’t want to go repeating yourself, do you?”
“That was velvet,” Sean replied as he sat down on the edge of the table beside her exposed hip. “This is silk and I’m not going to cover your eyes with it. A big part of the pleasure of touch is anticipation. I want you to watch my hands come toward your skin. I want you to rise up to meet me because you can’t wait. For that to happen, you have to be able to see everything I’m going to
