Davenport emerged from the lounge area, noticing India and Danika as they sat down.
India turned her head, slowly noticing Lady Davenport staring at her with a mischievous grin on her face. India just smiled slightly as she sipped her drink. Danika noticed the exchange and quickly turned in that direction of the lounge, but saw no one. She glanced back at India as she asked, “What are you smiling at?”
India glared at her, “You know something, Danika…if I didn’t know any better I’d say you’re in love with me or something…Are you in love with me?”
For the first time since they were on this assignment, Danika was without words. She looked at India as she tried to decipher what she wanted to say to answer the question. “Hello…this is India.”
“Hey girl it’s me…Whitney…I’m on my way to the airport. I should be there in about five hours.” India answered, “Cool…just let me know where you are, okay?”
“Cool…thanks for getting me this gig…I owe you one girl!”
“Okay…talk to you later!”
She quickly hung up the phone when Danika asked, “Who is that…Ursula calling to check on her best friend?”
India looked up at her as she put the phone back in her purse and said, “You know how she is…trying to find out what’s up all the time!”

After a few minutes a bellman came quickly over to their table, looking at India as he said, “Madam…I have an urgent message for you…please sign here.”
She took the clipboard, signing the document and then he handed her an envelope. She quickly put the envelope in her purse, which really made Danika displeased.
“So you just gonna put the envelope in your purse…aren’t you gonna at least see who it’s from?” “You’re really trying to keep me out of the loop huh India?”
She frowned as she gazed at Danika, taking the envelope back out of her purse to open and read who sent it. Just as she thought, the message was from Lady Davenport. She looked up at Danika as she noticed she was smiling in anticipation to find out her answer. She knew that the letter was from Lady Davenport but she wanted to hear India say it.
