literally dragged Shay out of the water because the cruise ship was leaving the port in two hours.
Time had moved much too quickly for Shay.
She cried in the restroom. Grudgingly, she towel dried her body, and slipped back into her clothes. Her heart was heavy; she had fallen in love with the island of St. Lucia, and promised herself she would return. Her next trip to the island of St. Lucia would be on an airplane, and she’d check into the Almond Morgan Bay Beach Resort for at least seven days.
    This was that vacation.
Three years later, Shay and her boyfriend, Michael, checked into the Almond Morgan Bay Beach Resort. They hit The Pulse Club the evening of their arrival, and that was her first chance to check out the beach. While she was sunning, Michael was fucking that tramp.
The knock on the door brought Shay out of her musings.
“Shay, come on, Boo. You know that woman didn’t mean anything to me!” Michael hollered from outside of her door. “It’s been you and me these past three years,” he whined.
“I’m supposed to forgive your infidelity and insensitivity to my feelings?”
“Shay, she crawled into the bed. Kissed and licked my back. I turned onto my back and she took my dick into her mouth. I thought she was you, Boo!”
“She looks nothing like me, Michael!” This proved how trifling he really was.
“I know. I know. But, I was too far gone to stop her.”
“I don’t need a stroke-by-stroke description. If you don’t get away from my door I’ll call security and have you permanently banned from this hotel!”
“I’m leaving, but this isn’t over, Shay. I’ll give you some time to calm down.”
“Time won’t fix this. It’s over, Michael! I’m done! Go back to your trick!” Shay yelled back.
Nia and Tatiana had wanted her to dump Michael years ago. This was an eye-opening experience that left Shay reeling. She was finished with Michael. From then on, she would control her own destiny.

Shay wanted sex—meaningless, hot torrential sex!
That night, she returned to The Pulse Club without Michael—dressed scandalously, in a red mini dress that screamed that she was hunting for a sexual escapade. There was very little fabric covering her caramel flesh. The sleeveless dress outlined her firm breasts and cut dangerously across her flat abdomen. It scooped low down her back, and hugged all of her feminine curves. It was supposed to be a surprise for Michael; but now, she wasn’t going to allow him to spoil the rest of her vacation. She used the dress for another purpose: as a seduction tool.
An hour later, three business suit-clad men sauntered into the club while she was planted at the bar, guzzling her third glass of Rum Punch. A dark-haired, violet-eyed gent sat across from her. Even from where Shay sat, she saw the color of his eyes was hypnotizing.
He carried himself with a commanding air of self-confidence, and she wanted a taste of him.

Linden David Stewart, CEO of Stewart International, along with two of his employees, entered The Pulse Club to unwind with a drink. He’d just signed the biggest deal for the company since his father stepped down as CEO over fourteen months ago. Linden had worked his butt off, proving to his dad that he hadn’t made a mistake choosing him to run the family’s business. His father, David Stewart Sr., retired to spend more time with his wife. However, he remained as chairman of the board, and Linden’s boss.
Linden spotted the caramel beauty seated at the bar the moment he entered the club. That part of his body came to life when he brushed past her on his way to their table.
What is the name of that scent she’s wearing? he silently asked himself.
It had a fruity scent. Blackberry came to his mind—sweet, scrumptious, and sensuous—like the woman seated at the bar. Linden wanted an even closer view of her curvaceous body. He wanted to ride her until she hollered his name, and he released his seed in her succulent
