carefully prepared her words as the men walked toward
her. They didn’t hold hands but their arms brushed, shoulders bumped, both
pairs of eyes steady on her face. When they reached her, Gabe took the lead and
moved in to capture her mouth with his. One of Uriah’s arms circled her waist,
the other pulled Gabe so that the three of them were pressed together. As much
as she wanted to get lost in the moment, Diane knew that she had to speak now.
“Gabe, Uriah. Can we talk just for a second? I’m not trying
to back out and believe me, I do want this, but I don’t want to blow it with either
of you. I want you to know that this is important to me. I went through a time
in my life when sex was just a means to an end. It was the currency in which I
traded. It wasn’t sex the other night and it isn’t going to be sex now. At
least not for me. I know we don’t know each other all that well, Gabe, but I
see how you look at Uriah and I see how he looks at you. I want to feel a part
of that. If that’s going to be a problem, you should let me know now.”
“Dee, it’s not a problem. I saw the way you and Uriah looked
at each other when we were at Phantom Ranch, and I wanted to be a part of that,
too. Threesomes can be hard. You know this isn’t my first, but this is the
first I’ve wanted as more than just an evening’s entertainment. Uriah has needs
that I know I can fill, but I worry about you and your needs. Make no mistake,
sweetheart, I want you every bit as much as I want Uriah. But he’s going to
need a little more special handling this first time, don’t you think? I don’t
know what this is or how long it can last or where we can take it. I know I
want to try. Like you told me at the river, let’s take it one day at a time.”
Gabe pressed himself closer to her. His hands moved to cup
her face and he gently pressed a kiss to her lips. “You were right to give us
some time alone at the river, and he needs most of my attention right now. But
we both need you here with us. Both want you here.” He kept his gaze locked
with hers, and she saw the truth of his words and his worry that she might not
believe him. She nodded, and her heart swelled at the care this man was showing
her. He would care for her Uriah as much as she did. They shifted slightly as
Gabe moved to pull Uriah closer into the embrace. For a long moment the three
of them just stood there, foreheads pressed together.
Diane looked up at Uriah. His eyes were closed, his mouth
curved in a gentle smile. She exchanged a quick glance with Gabe and smiled. He
was right. This first time for the three of them, they needed to focus on the
younger man. She and Gabe had enough experience between them, experience that
neither of them were necessarily proud of. Now it was time to make this special
for Uriah, for his first time in a threesome, his first time with another man.
As if he had indeed been reading her thoughts, Gabe pushed
against Uriah’s shoulder, and then wrapped an arm around his waist to help
lower the big man to the pile of sleeping bags. Uriah lay back, jet-black hair spread
around his head, their very own bronzed Adonis. For a minute, Diane was tempted
to sit back against the wall and just watched the two men. She carefully
lowered herself to the sleeping bag and stretched out alongside Uriah. Her
hands traced over his heated skin.
Closing the scant distance, Diane swiped her tongue over
Uriah’s chest and tasted the lingering salt despite the river bath. Her other
hand traced a gentle path along the sensitive skin of his neck and jaw. Gabe
leaned over Uriah’s chest to lick and nip over the smooth skin. When his teeth
closed over the pebbled nipple, Uriah hitched a breath and arched up into the
contact.
“Feels so good. Oh God. Kiss me, Diane.” Shifting her position,
she threaded her fingers into the long black strands at the back of Uriah’s
head, holding him in place, pulling him into the kiss. Uriah moaned again when
Diane
