building; she tightened her hold around his neck.
Jennifer felt like she could n't take any more pleasure but she hadn't felt Phoenix feed yet. She knew when he did he would have to feed from someone else. She moved her lips far enough away to say, “Phoenix, feed.”
She felt his power pouring into her, taking what he needed. She didn't even have a warning this time when her orgasm explored around him and he cried out her name. Jennifer lost herself when she felt his hot release inside her.
His scorching breath was coming quick on her neck, and she buried her face into his shoulder. After a few minutes his breathing got back to normal and he carried her to her bedroom. There was just no way could she walk after that. Her legs felt like jelly, and she giggled against his shoulder.
He sat her on her bed and grinned at her. “You know, guys don't like to hear the girl they just fucked giggling.” She smiled.
“Sorry.” She bit her lips to stop herself from giggling.
He shook his head. “You are the first one to ever giggle.” He leaned down and kissed her lips. “I do love that sound.” His voice was deeper, and she had a good feeling he was getting hard again. She felt her eyes getting heavy. “Darling, don’t fight it.” She felt his warm, hard body snuggle up to hers. He put his around her stomach. “Sleep my angel.” She shut her eyes, and fell asleep listening to his breathing.
Jennifer jumped up; there was a pounding at her door. She glanced at the clock and it was 10:03. Megan was at the door and she wasn't going to be happy that Phoenix was here. She looked at him, and he propped up on his elbow, the blanket was covering right below his hip.
“Are you expecting someone this late?” His voice was dripping sex.
“Umm--” she shook her head. “Yeah, that will be Megan.” She grabbed her sweatpants and a tan top that had a built in bra. She turned around and saw him getting up. “No, I need you to stay here.” He arched his eyebrow at her. “She doesn't like you, and I don't want to lose her for good. Please Phoenix.”
“Fine, but I won't hide in here all night.” He glared at her.
Jennifer knew she hurt him, and felt bad. “Phoenix.”
She rush ed to her door, and opened it. Her best friend was standing there.
Megan smiled at her, and she returned it. “I didn’t want to use my key.”
“Meg, this i s your home too.” Jennifer moved out of the way to allow Megan to pass.
She w alked to the couch and sat down. Megan smiled at Jennifer. “Phoenix is here, isn’t he?”
Jennifer sighed and nodded . “Sorry we fell asleep, and woke up when you were knocking.”
Megan started laughing. “So, your hair is messed up from the sex or sleep.”
    Jennifer smiled and shrugged. “Both.”
Megan looked at Jennifer and her smile fell . “I'm so sorry Jen. I am such an ass.” Tears started to fill her eyes.
“Oh Meg.” She sat on the couch and grabbed her best friend’s hand.
Megan shook her head. “No, I said some hurtful things and I hate myself for that. I’m just scared for you. You're pregnant with twins and to add to that Phoenix is an incubus.”
Now was the time to her Megan the truth. “And I’m a Nephilim.” She was so frightened that her best friend would take off again.
“What is tha t?” Megan asked.
Jennifer smiled , “I am an angel's child.” Megan took back her hand and covered her face.
She started to laugh. “Your babies are half angels, and half demons.” Jennifer smiled, she already thought of that. “Jen, can you get Phoenix for me? I want to tell him that I’m sorry for being an ass to him.” Jennifer stood up, and walked towards her bedroom.
She walked in and he was dressed and sitting on her bed. He had his phone in his hands. He looked up at her and didn’t offer her a smile. “Oh Phoenix, don’t look at me like that. I just didn’t want her to freak out.”
He stood up and walked over her window. “I know I’m not good enough
