about the balls in her pussy sending out GPS coordinates was just too weird.
The full-scope of the sophistication of the team her brother and Noah worked with was just starting to really dawn on her and it was humbling to know how rarely she’d actually taken time to consider what they did. They took far greater risks each and every time they went out than she’d known and it gave her a new level of respect for each and every soldier she knew was out there working to try and make the world a safer place.
Glancing up at Noah she saw his quick nod and knew he wanted her to get out and engage Drake. Showtime. Remember, a little girl’s life depends on your ability to sell this. Getting out of the vehicle with her usual grace, she stood and stretched and then turned toward the man striding toward her. Hoping she sounded surprised to see him, she sputtered, “Drake? Is that…oh my God…what are you doing here?”
“I’d say the question is, what are you doing here, Ilaina? Although since you’re with Drummond, I’d say I can probably guess it in one.” She hadn’t ever been up close enough to the man to realize how tall he was or that his eyes were the most amazing shade of crystal clear cerulean she’d ever seen. She knew she had to stop staring because this was supposed to be a man she’d had a relationship with so gawking at his eyes was going to be a huge red flag if anyone was watching.
“I told you this trip was important, but you didn’t want to listen to me. These pictures are going to help the women and children of this country get some significant exposure. It’s important attention and support they have been desperately in need of for generations.” She had been walking away from the van as she spoke and Drake was keeping pace with her and his eyes told her that she was doing the right thing drawing eyes away from the van where Myla was hopefully being stashed as they spoke.
“So you couldn’t have come with someone else? Christ, Lainy, you know how I feel about you spending time with him. Why him? Huh? Tell me.” He’d stopped her and grabbed her arm to turn her toward him. She’d played along and exaggerated her physical response so it would look like he’d spun her with the unrestrained power observers would expect from a man of his size. He’d actually been extremely gentle and she could see the flash of embarrassment in his eyes at her reaction. They were far enough from the group that he would be able to speak against her ear and it would look like an attempt at seduction. He was facing the van and could easily see over her head so he was able to give her a play by play and she tried to not react to the feel of his hand moving in slow circles over her lower back. She might have been able to stifle her groan if it hadn’t been for those damn balls clanking together inside her. Now that she was standing still and he was speaking against her ear and touching her, she was able to feel each shift and vibration.
“They are loading her now so hang in for a bit sweetness. I know those balls have to be making you crazy but you are doing great. That was one hell of a performance by the way. Hell, I’d tell Alex he should hire you if I didn’t think Noah and Cash would have my head on a platter.” She felt a shiver go through her and wished it was Noah standing in front of her so she could plead for what she needed. He pulled back and looked into her eyes, but whispered his words just a breath away from her lips. “Lainy if you don’t stop making those sweet little sounds and looking at me like that we’re going to have a problem, baby.” She saw him let out a shuddered breath before he shook his head. “I hope Drummond knows what a lucky bastard he is. Let’s move, play it up baby, we’re heading to the airport and I want everybody to be thinking about you and me and not the fact that you are not going to use this site.”
As they neared the van Drake leaned down and trailed kisses
