“I guess.” I’m not feeling very masterful at the moment. Harrison, on the other hand, looks hot and masterful and I get this sudden, crazy urge to kiss him. Man, my hormones are in overdrive. Frankly, I’m a little shocked at myself. It’s always been one guy at a time for me.
“Sorry for slowing you down, but I’m glad I was able to catch my breath.” I break eye contact after a charged pause. “I’ve been trying to follow Dr. Escobar’s advice and exercise more.”

“Yes, and he’s also the cardiologist who writes the ‘Heart to Heart’ column in the paper. I’m planning an on-air interview with him.” Why do I feel a need to justify myself? It’s not as if Harrison is my boyfriend and he’s caught me cheating.
