Ally and he didn’t hear a word the man was saying. Just the one thought ran through his head over and over again.
God I love this girl so much, and she loves me too
“Cole!” The registrar called, pulling Cole from his thoughts. Cole quickly turned to him and looked at him blankly. “It’s time for your vows.”
Cole nodded and took a deep breath before he turned to Ally and began to speak.
“Ally, I never dream when I broke down on the side of the road that night in Dublin, my life would change forever. You have brought laughter, happiness and love into my world. You make me the man I want to be. You are my friend, my soul mate and my one true love. I promise to make each day together, one filled with laughter, trust and love. You are my love, my gorgeous girl, my Ally. I promise to love you and make your every dream come true, every day for the rest of our lives.”
Ally could n’t hold her tears back any longer as she beamed back at her groom. She turned and looked at their families, first at Ella then at Nan and they too were crying. She couldn’t help but giggle.
“Ally,” the registrar said softly and she turned to face him. She nodded as she took a deep breathe.
“Cole, I love you, you have become my best friend. My whole life I have kept my heart safe behind my walls. Only a few have got to see inside it and see the real me. You crashed into my life and you broke down every wall I put up. You are my hero and my greatest love. You have changed my life in so many way, you have made me a better person. Words can never express the depth of my love for you. But I promise to spend the rest of my life showing you just how much my heart belongs to you.”
Cole could feel his heart tighten at her words. He smiled at her and squeezed her hands tightly.
When it was time to exchange rings, Ally got to see her wedding band for the first time. Cole had been keeping them a secret. His was a simple platinum wedding band. Hers was also a platinum band that matched her engagement ring, but it had diamonds encased the whole way around the band.
As he slipped it on her finger, she looked up at him and smiled as he brought her hand to his lips and kiss her softly. Then it was her turn to slide his ring onto him. Ally’s hands shook as she slid it along his elegant finger. Then, when it was finally on, she looked up to him and smiled brightly at him.
Finally , the words everyone had been waiting to hear were spoken out loud.
“ I now pronounce you husband and wife,” the registrar exclaimed. “You may kiss the bride.”
Cole smiled as he wrapped his arms around Ally and held her close to him claiming her mouth with his as the whole room erupted in cheers and applause.
“I love you, Mrs. Thomas,” Cole said breathlessly when he finally pulled his mouth from hers.
“I love you more, Mr. Thomas,” Ally giggled as Cole kissed her once again.
The rest of the afternoon past by in such a blur of flash ing lights, hugs and kisses from people Ally had never met before that she wondered how she was going to remember everyone’s name. But she did.
The whole time Cole never let her hand go. He watched her like she was an exotic, rare creature. He couldn’t keep his eyes off her. He watched as she moved from person to person, most of which were friends or acquaintances of Cole’s. But she didn’t miss a beat. She was as amazing as she was beautiful.
As they took their seats at the top table, every one stood and applauded. Ally just smile d and Cole was never more proud in his life as he was to call this stunning creature his wife.
Then the moment came for their first dance.
The sound of Boyzone’s “Every Day I Love Y ou” filled the Grand Conservatory of Syon House as Cole took Ally by the hand and lead her to the dance floor.
They stopped when they reached t he centre of the dance floor. As Cole took Ally in his arms, they slowly began to move in time with the music.
    “Are you happy?” Cole whispered
