three of us, but she was worried about having to choose. She says that she didn’t want to come between us.”
    That was all Greg needed to hear. He left Jackson standing in the kitchen in mid sentence and headed straight to Nadia’s room. He eased the door open so he wouldn’t wake her and crept into the room. He stripped his clothes off as fast as possible and then slid into bed behind Nadia. She rolled her warm body into his and tucked her face into the crook of his neck, but she didn’t wake up. Damn, if that didn’t make Greg feel like the king of the castle. It amazed him that his woman—he had no doubts she was his woman—snuggled into him like they had been sleeping together forever.
    Greg still had a hard-on from hell, but he was content to just lie there and hold Nadia while she slept. They had all night and all day tomorrow to mess around, but he wouldn’t rush her. The idea of sleeping with three guys had to be scary for her, so Greg would take whatever she was willing to give.
    He pulled her closer and tightened his arm around her. Breathing in her sweet scent, he slowly drifted off to sleep.

    * * * *

    Greg woke the next morning to intense heat along the front of his body. He tried to move away from the heat, but something held him in place. It took him a minute to figure out where he was. When he did, he realized the heat was coming from Nadia. She was plastered along the length of his body with her arms and legs wrapped around him like a giant octopus. If he weren’t so uncomfortable, he would be amazed that a human could produce that much body heat.
    Greg tried to move away from her without waking Nadia. Unfortunately, the places where their bare skin was touching had started to sweat, and it made moving without literally peeling himself off her impossible. He gave up and lay there watching Nadia sleep instead. It was hard to believe that he had woken up beside such a beautiful woman. Her relaxed features as she slept made her ten times more stunning.
    He heard Addison cry out and attempted to untangle himself from Nadia to go check on her, but before he could move, he heard footsteps pass the door and the baby’s cries turned to whimpers before they faded out. Greg looked over at the clock and assumed it was Steve who went to check on Addison because it was past time for Jackson to be at work. Glancing back down at Nadia, he was glad to see that she was still asleep. She had a rough day the day before and she needed all the rest she could get.
    Greg felt it the instant Nadia woke up. She stiffened in his arms, and if possible, her arms and legs tightened around him even more. He held his breath and didn't move. He didn't want Nadia to panic, not knowing who was in the bed with her. In hindsight, slipping in to bed with her had probably not been a good idea. He just hoped he hadn't ruined his chances.
    He really liked Nadia. He had been getting to know her, and he was slowly coming to the conclusion she was perfect for him. She was everything he’d never known he wanted in a woman. She made him want things he’d never thought he could have. His social awkwardness made it nearly impossible for him to meet women. He just clammed up when he got around them and ended up doing stupid things that ruined his chances. Slipping into bed with Nadia without her permission just proved his point. He hoped that he hadn’t made a huge mistake sneaking into her bed.
    Because of a stuttering problem when he was little, Greg never really learned how to talk to people. By the time he was old enough for speech therapy to work, the damage had already been done and he was too shy to speak to people. His only friends were Jackson and Steve, and he was content with that. They never made fun of him for the way he talked. Now, the only time he stuttered was when he was nervous, and that was usually only when he tried to talk to a woman. There was just something about Nadia though. She was comfortable to be around.
