½ cup tomato sauce, warmed through
½ cup cooked, unseasoned chicken, chopped
¼ cup linguine, broken into ½-inch pieces, cooked
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1.   Combine Italian seasoning and tomato sauce. Set aside.
2.   Add chicken to blender. Purée until smooth, adding water when necessary.
3.   Remove chicken. Combine with pasta and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
 Rosemary Cornish Hen Dinner

½ cup unseasoned Cornish hen, cooked and chopped
Pinch of dried rosemary
¼ cup mashed potatoes
1.   Steam broccoli until tender, about 7â10 minutes.
2.   Combine hen, rosemary, and broccoli together in a blender.
3.   Purée to a semismooth consistency, adding water when necessary.
4.   Fold in mashed potatoes. Serve. Refrigerate remaining portions for up to three days.
 Rotisserie Chicken with Wild Rice

1 medium carrot
¼ cup cooked wild rice
½ cup cooked organic rotisserie chicken
1.   Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into small pieces.
2.   Place carrots in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring the water to a boil; then simmer until the carrots are very tender, about 15â20 minutes.
3.   Place the carrots in a food processor or blender with the rice.
4.   Dice chicken; add to the food processor.
5.   Purée to a semismooth consistency, about 30 seconds, adding water when necessary.
 Minted Peas
